Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days upon successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during promotional periods may require additional processing time. Should there be any significant delays, our team will notify you via email or the contact information provided during checkout.


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship throughout Malaysia, including:

  • Peninsular Malaysia

  • Sabah

  • Sarawak

We are actively working towards expanding our shipping capabilities to serve customers internationally in the future.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier operations.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, customs inspections, peak seasons, or unforeseen operational disruptions.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the applicable courier rates.

From time to time, Skinity Studio may offer complimentary shipping promotions. Any such promotions will be clearly communicated on our website and marketing channels.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Customers are encouraged to monitor their shipment status directly through the courier's tracking platform.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

Skinity Studio shall not be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional shipping charges, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

While we work closely with trusted courier partners, Skinity Studio is not liable for delays caused by courier services once the parcel has been handed over for delivery.

If your parcel arrives damaged or if you believe your shipment has been lost in transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order or expected delivery date. We will do our best to assist with an investigation and resolution.

Supporting photos and documentation may be required for damaged parcel claims.


Failed Delivery Attempts

Couriers may attempt delivery multiple times depending on their policies.

Should a parcel be returned to Skinity Studio due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Incorrect address information

  • Refusal to accept delivery

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been confirmed and processed, we may be unable to modify, cancel, or reroute the shipment.

Customers are advised to review all order details carefully before completing their purchase.


Peak Seasons & Promotional Events

During major sales campaigns, product launches, festive periods, and promotional events, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual due to increased order volumes.
